These rolled appetisers are noodles & small chicken pieces filled rolls which are suffused inside fried unleavened bread, a popular snack cuisine among the east Asian, southeast Asian & middle east Asian countries.

Components of Concoction:
All purpose flour 1 cup
Oil
Cooked noodles, any variety
Cooked chicken cut into small pieces or cooked chicken noodles/ cooked egg noodles/ vegatable noodles
Salt to taste
Tomato sauce
Let’s make it:
Knead the flour with little oil and a quarter spoon of salt into a soft dough. Roll it out like a chapati (round unleavened bread) and fry with little oil on the fry pan.
Place the hot fried unleavened bread on a plate and brush some tomato sauce all over it. Spread the cooked noodles and chicken pieces and suffuse all over it.
(Instead of two separate stuffings, one can also use cooked dry Chicken/ egg/ vegetable noodles inside).
Then fold the bottom portion into one fold (so that the stuffings do not come out from the bottom) and the adjacent side upto two or a two and a half fold till it gets holdable in your hand. The yummy & appetising hot Spring roll is ready! Serve it with a dash of ketchup and have a mouthful bite... 😋
