Scrumptious Mughlai Paratha (called, Moglai Parota in Bengali)
It is an unleavened bread rolled in flour stuffed with the combination of savory fillings of cooked minced chicken & beaten eggs, folded to square and browned with oil to perfect yum on a pre-heated hot griddle...

Components of Concoction
All purpose flour
Salt to your tase
Oil for kneading & frying
Minced Chicken
1-2 potato
Eggs
Onion
Green chilly
Cucumber
Tomato Sauce
Let's Make It:
Cook the minced chicken with 1-2 small potato cubes, into a dry curry to your taste.
Knead the flour into a soft dough with little salt & oil. Take one ball of the dough, roll out and fill it with a spoon full of cooked chicken & 1 beaten egg, some cut onions & green chilli. Fold the roll with the fillings from four sides and place it on the hot greased griddle...
Let it cook for 2/3 minutes till it browns up in dots.... flip and brown the other side too.
Place the hot yum on your serving plate, garnish with some cut cucumber, onion & tomato sauce.... And your Scrumptious Mughlai Bread Brownie is ready to be gulped...
