The perfect starter/side dish for the weekend dinner. The high protein Indian Cuisine is a full spicy, bit tangy & crispy outside yet mild & tender inside.
Component of Concoction:
Pomfret Fish
Ginger paste
Garlic paste
Fish masala
Garam masala
Chilly powder
Lemon juice
Oil
Salt to taste
Let’s make it: Clean the fish properly, cut off the fins neatly.. then with a sharp knife make two cut marks each on both the sides (so that the spices gets in), Now marinate the fish applying ginger garlic paste 2 spoons ( 1 tea spn for one side... take that measurement) , chilly powder, fish masala, Garam masala powder, salt, 1 lemon, 2/3 spoons oil..... Rub on the masala paste for 5 minutes, pressing some paste inside the cuts, inside the opening of the fish head nicely, then rub in some more oil over the whole fish and keep for marination in the fridge for atleast 1 hour. Take it out, keep it at room temperature for 5 to 10 mins.... Take some oil , spread it on the full tawa or frying pan evenly... Now with light hand place the fish on the tawa.... fry for 7-8 mins on medium flame .... flip it on the other side very carefully(it becomes soft when heated) with spatula on one hand and flat spoon on the other hand ... apply some more oil from the sides... fry for 7-8 mins and the delicious starter / side dish is ready for your plate. Isn’t it very easy to make? It is healthy too. But, before platting you need to cut it to have your crunch munch! It’s amazing!

It tastes delicious 😋
